***All participants must be able to swim 200 metres continuously, any stroke***

MEET
Join Craig and Jacquie as they share their experience and knowledge of swimming in the north east’s lochs, rivers and sea over the last 8 years.
The aim is that you leave this 3 hour workshop with all you questions answered and armed with the knowledge to go and explore Open Water dipping/swimming safely on your own (with a swim buddy or group of course!).

In the comfort of the conference room
ESCORTED SWIM
Escorted safe entry into the loch and a swim with the chance to practice putting your head in the water, sighting and rescue positions.
You choose whether you swim in a costume only or a wetsuit and you decide the length of time you spend in the water.
Then hot showers, change and regroup with hot drinks and feedback.
